From the Fort Walton Beach Airport, turn east on Eglin Parkway (Highway 85), turn left on Highway 20 (John Sims Parkway) and follow it to Whitepoint Road. Turn south on Whitepoint Road and cross the Mid Bay Bridge. Turn west on Highway 98, to Downtown Destin. The Inn on Destin Harbor is on the south side of Highway 98, adjacent to Marina Cafe.

From Pensacola, go south on 110 to Beaches, turn east on Highway 98 (East Gregory), stay on Highway 98 to Destin, the Inn on Destin Harbor is adjacent to Marina Cafe.

From Tallahassee, go west on I-10, take the DeFuniak Springs Springs Exit # 85 South on Hwy 331 to Freeport, turn west on Highway 20, south on Whitepoint Road and cross the Mid Bay Bridge. Turn west on Highway 98, to Downtown Destin. The Inn on Destin Harbor is on the south side of Highway 98, adjacent to Marina Cafe.
